Returns

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or a completely different product, please follow these steps:

  • Notify us of your intention to exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Complete the returns form, indicating the item(s) you wish to exchange and the desired replacement item(s).
  • Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, ensuring they are in their original, unused condition.
  • Ship the item(s) to the return address provided on the returns form. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) is/are faulty or damaged.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement item(s) to you.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, typically within 7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Exceptions

Please note that the right to cancel and return does not apply to:

  • Items that have been personalized or made to your specifications.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content, including downloadable software, once you have started to download or stream these items.
